A single apartment spread over 9,535 sq ft on the 24th floor of a tower in south Mumbai’s Malabar Hill has sold for Rs 130.24 crore, in keeping with a recent spike in the uber luxury residential market in the city. The buyer is Asha Mukul Agarwal, a director at Param Capital, a capital market investment and trading firm, ET has reported.
